This partnership is built for continuous Shopify work, not unlimited large projects.
Complete custom applications, large custom integrations, full migrations, full redesigns and multi-week features are scoped separately as fixed projects. If something is bigger than the ongoing lane, I will say so early and give it the right delivery plan.
