You receive a focused proposal covering the intended outcome, delivery approach and fixed price. No vague discovery phase and no open-ended hours.

Review, build or both
Depending on the Sprint, I may deliver an audit and roadmap, implement the improvement, or combine both.

Decide what comes next
At the end, you have a concrete outcome and a clear next step. That may be a finished improvement, a separately scoped project or an Ongoing Shopify Development partnership.
